CURRENT REPRESENTATIVES EARNING $100,000+ ANNUALLY*ABOUT EMPLOYER AND AREA: Employer is one of the most successful Ag Equipment dealerships in the Midwest offering a progressive work environment, career growth opportunities, competitive base salary, excellent benefits package, and the opportunity to work with great people within a great community.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Associates degree or higher preferred; will also consider equivalent work experience- Minimum 5 years of Ag Equipment Sales experience- Excellent knowledge/understanding of farm equipment including current technology trends- Knowledge of farming practices in southeastern Minnesota as well as some knowledge of crop inputs such as crop protection, fertilizer and seed- Good understanding of area Ag retailers and what they do- Customer-service focused with excellent relationship building skills- Ability to work a flexible schedule- Desire to be involved in community activities and trade shows- Clean driving recordJOB DESCRIPTION:Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Ag Equipment Salesperson to be located in farming area of Minnesota. Primary responsibility for this role is to build strong customer relationships with key Ag grower accounts while developing/growing sales.
Other responsibilities to include customer support, technical support, planning/scheduling, and focus on operational optimization for Ag grower customer.
