Who makes a great BCBA at North Shore Pediatric Therapy?
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and have at least 3 years management experience
You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited about building relationships with other pediatric professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring the clinic meets productivity minimums.
You have Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
