Who makes a great BCBA at North Shore Pediatric Therapy?
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and have at least 3 years management experience
You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited about building relationships with other pediatric professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring the clinic meets productivity minimums.
You have Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Video Interview: Get to know us, and let us get to know you Our Recruiting team will dive into discussions about compensation, benefits, culture, and more. We want you to feel confident and informed about who we are.
Virtual Interview: You'll connect with our Regional Operations Director or Area Director and discuss hypothetical cases and situations, your previous experience, and the growth you are looking to achieve. We want you to understand the support you'll receive while working with us
Leadership Interview: You'll meet with a member of our Operations Leadership Team to discuss your leadership style and answer any questions you may have about our team and organization. We're an organization where your voice matters, so we think it's important for you to feel comfortable with our corporate team.
