Job DescriptionJob Description

Our Elite DSO client is adding a significant role, the Clear Aligner Clinical Director. This role with play a key part in executing the client's Clear Aligner Strategy. The profile of the right candidate has knowledge around orthodontics specifically clear aligner treatments, including auxiliaries and aligner biomechanics. The Clear Aligner Clinical Director will be liaising with our organizations doctors and Senior VP of Orthodontics to address specific clinical related questions, as well as supporting clear aligner education, 3D treatment planning , and retention phase of patient journey. The Clear Aligner Clinical Director will be to help grow clinical confidence and increase case submissions. Additionally, you will assist in addressing clinical queries related to the treatment plans and clarify any written instructions provided to our dentists and their offices. By leveraging your clinical knowledge and expertise, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and facilitating smooth collaboration within the clinical and field team.

Responsibilities


  • Support via inbound & outbound contacts (phone, Teams, or email) to provide clinical support service to providers
  • Clinical education offerings & speaking- live and online
  • Presenting clinical content to Hygienist & clinical support activities
  • Covering clinical 1:1 training and work with company Key Opinion Leaders to build, and review content and clinical messaging
  • 30-40% travel within 47 US states


Requirements


  • Must hold a dental degree BDS, DMD/DDS and have a minimum five years of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills - one on one and in front of an audience
  • KOL experience with another dental product, preferably clear aligners
