- Manage clinical quality measures, including service delivery, parent training, operational efficiency, and assessment turnaround times.

- Collaborative Environment: Engage in a dynamic, interdisciplinary setting where collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists is routine, enriching our practices and culture.

- Quality Assurance Leadership: Take charge of overseeing and elevating clinical quality standards, guiding improvements in service delivery and key performance metrics.
- Clinical Independence: Create tailored recommendations and programs using your preferred assessment tools and methodologies, with organizational support to ensure family engagement.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize our advanced OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) system for thorough data analysis and informed decision-making, streamlining leadership and coaching processes.
- Mentorship Opportunities: Act as a mentor for full-time fieldwork students, aiding their professional growth while receiving support in supervision and report writing.

- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly; lift and/or move up to 45 pounds; and possess visual and auditory abilities for effective communication.
