The Wellness Assistant/Driver implements all aspects of the Wellness program as requested. Supports the Wellness team to meet the community's wellness philosophy and the 6 dimensions of whole person health (Vocational, Intellectual, Physical, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual). In some instances, will provide safe and courteous transportation to our senior residents and assuring the safety and maintenance of vehicles.

HERE ARE A FEW OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS THAT ARE EXPECTED OF OUR WELLNESS ASSISTANT/DRIVER ON A DAILY BASIS:

Assists with newsletter and calendar events

Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working

Comply at all times with KISCO standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient property operations

Responsible for regular scheduling of maintenance for vehicle(s)

Assist in loading and unloading

Required Skills

Customer service focus

Ability to work in a team environment

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position as stated in the job description

Required Experience

High school graduate, experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors) preferred.

Background in different dimensions of wellness is beneficial.

Experience driving commercial vehicle and knowledge of local area is important.

Must have knowledge of laws regarding the vehicle and safe driving standards.

**What you get to do:**

* Consult with and provide guidance to project teams and leaders regarding engineering requirements for construction of various designs, modifications, and information for our projects. * Use design software and modeling tools to accurately render and communicate designs, plans, and designs along with other necessary and related systems and structures. * Assess strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel by testing materials and soil. * Set design specifications by computing load and grade requirements, material stress factors, water flow rates, and similar parameters. * Plan projects based on the analysis of relevant materials such as drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, survey reports, maps, and other geologic and topographical data. * Draft and present reports on topics related to projects such as environmental impact statements and right-of-way descriptions. * Design and write permitting plans such as SWPPPs and SPCC Plans for construction project sites including wind and solar projects. * Participate in design project estimates for civil engineering tasks. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet milestones as planned. * Collaborate with surveyors (or direct and participate in surveying) to establish installations or reference points, grades, elevations, and other factors that will affect construction. * Monitor project progress, ensure designs are properly implemented and provide support to the construction teams on design interpretations.
