Sedron Technologies is hiring talented Welders*Role is a Full Time/Non-Contract Position on Site in Sedro-Woolley, WA*Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with agricultural, municipal, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods. Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position: Use their welding skill to craft and assemble industrial equipment Read and work from mechanical blueprints and schematic drawingsUse cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and scissor liftsPrioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectivesDemonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alikeComply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practicesWork well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlinesDemonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisorsDemonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasksArrive to work on time and maintain good attendanceMaintain good organization skillsPerform other related duties as assignedThis position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.BENEFITSMedical, dental, vision insurance and 401k with employer matchingPaid time off and paid holidays (including 2 floating holidays)Disability Insurance as well as Life/AD&D InsuranceFSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account)Tuition reimbursementCasual work attireEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Three or more years experience welding in manufacturing or production environmentTechnical degree or certification is preferredMust be able to demonstrate adequate weld skillsMust be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fieldMinimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GEDMust have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English languageADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWage range for this role is between $24.00-$38.00/hourly Discretionary bonusEmployees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities. Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position.
