About the Company + Position Details:
- Extremely stable construction firm with proven record of successful large scale civil projects in the NY / NJ area; company has grown substantially since inception over three decades ago
- Position reports to Accounts Payable + Payroll Manager.
- Business casual office, friendly & welcoming team, opportunities for growth encouraged
- Position will be fully on site in Whitestone, NY. Free, covered parking lot on site available for use. 8:30-5pm Schedule.

Responsibilities of the AP Coordinator:
- Full cycle accounts payable; matching, batching and coding invoices (approximately 100 per week depending on season)
- Ensure invoices have proper approvals
- Reconciliations as it related to accounts payable
- Process expense reimbursements
Experience Preferred of the AP Coordinator:
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience
- AS400 experience a plus, not a must
- Basic Excel skills needed
- Friendly, team plater with strong attention to detail
