We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive the design and validation of electrical circuit boards for our AI-driven products in the semiconductor and electronics industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, simulation, schematic development, and validation of electrical circuit boards.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather feedback on AI-generated designs and address real-world engineering challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, product managers, and firmware engineers, to create effective electrical designs.
  • Drive data collection for electrical components to train and validate AI models.
  • Oversee manufacturing bring-up, validation, and testing of electrical circuit designs.
  • Mentor and lead a team of electrical engineers to support AI-based hardware design initiatives.


Skillsets Needed:

  • Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, microcontroller systems, and power management.
  • Experience with PCB design and layout using tools like Altium, Eagle, or KiCad.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, UART).
  • Strong understanding of power electronics, signal integrity, and PCB debugging techniques.
  • Proficient in hardware-software co-design and customer collaboration.
  • Experience in mentoring teams and managing engineering projects.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for hardware design automation.
  • Experience with simulation tools like LTSpice and CAD for mechanical design.
  • Python programming skills for test automation and data validation.
