Regional Sales and Service General Manager

Roto-Rooter is looking for a Regional Sales and Service General Manager to oversee operations in the West Region. The successful candidate will go through a comprehensive training program (8-12 months) before assuming the General Manager role in one of the regional locations. Assignments may be in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, or Hawaii. During the training period, extensive travel is required.

  • Lead sales and profit goals on a daily basis, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor and report monthly performance, including P&L, weekly sales, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Oversee managers and supervisors, reviewing goals and objectives regularly.
  • Work with the Regional Vice President to develop strategies for branch improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and HR regulations.
  • Focus on commercial and residential customer development and retention.
  • Ability to recruit, hire, and retain management, administration, and service technicians.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of General Management experience in a service-related industry.
  • Prior multi-unit experience is a plus.
  • Strong team orientation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Pass background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to set budgets and drive sales and profit growth.
  • Interest in expanding business segments in the market.
