What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the Charge: Take the reins on managing project plans, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with both client expectations and company goals.
Navigating Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to keep the project on track and uphold the highest quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure every detail meets compliance requirements.
Mastering Documentation: Oversee submittals and RFIs through Procore, meticulously track all materials and equipment, and keep project documentation organized and accessible.
Driving Progress: Keep the project moving forward by monitoring milestones, addressing delays, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Communicating Effectively: Maintain seamless communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates and ensuring everyone is aligned.
Building Relationships: Foster positive client relationships by addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Need to Bring:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in project management, ideally within the mechanical engineering or construction industry (internships are welcome).
Skills: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid grasp of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Technical Know-How: Proficiency in Procore and Sage, along with a strong understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
