Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design process for residential custom homes and renovation projects
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed and accurate designs
  • Present and articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Read and interpret client needs, effectively communicating design ideas
  • Contribute to strategic planning and company direction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in residential custom home and renovation design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand client needs and adjust presentations accordingly
  • Leadership skills to guide the design department and influence company direction
  • Stable work history with good tenure; no job hoppers

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Competitive base salary around $90k, with bonuses to exceed $100k- all depending on experience. 
  • First-year total compensation target: $105k
  • 401k with match
  • Potential healthcare stipend if needed
