Job Description

Daniel Builders is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of residential construction and be able to manage their worksite under the supervision of a Project Manager.

The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for performing residential remodeling tasks and repair, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. They will also be required to interact with clients, Project Managers, Carpenters, our Design Team, and Trades to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction
  • Ability to understand and perform in multiple areas of residential construction, including framing, trim, flooring, windows and doors, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical
  • Knowledge of local building codes and ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
  • Highly motivated toward excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
  • Team player with good communication skills
