As a Business Development/Technical Sales Director the key is to describe and sell existing solutions and products, as well as creative thinking to understand clients' new or unmet needs.Responsibilities:Develop and implement business strategies to identify, nurture, and qualify existing leads. Proven ability to look for new opportunities and expand market presence.Engage successfully with various stakeholders, compellingly presenting the company's offerings.Demonstrate resilience by overcoming challenges in pursuit of business development goals.Stay on top of the competitive environment, industry trends, and local market dynamics to continually adjust sales strategies for target customers.Compensation & Benefits:Base = $110K-$1150K Based on experienceVariable on Sales CommissionGrowing existing customers and new customersuncapped commission opportunitiesYear 1 Projected Earnings = $140k to $180kYear 2 Projected Earnings = +$200kBonus Sharing on Company Results eligibility - year 1Stock Option eligibility - after 2 yearsMedical, Dental, Vision401k eligibility after 6 months of employmentCompany paid expensesCompany paid holidaysStandard Vacation time
