A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING MANAGER As our Plumbing Manager, you help provide oversight and facilitate our team of plumbers. Your positive disposition makes you someone who can build rapport with just about anyone, and helps you to encourage our team to work together for the common goal of quality workmanship paired with exceptional customer service You assign tasks throughout the day including installation, repairs, and diagnosing various plumbing systems. You lead by example and are dedicated to safety, profit & loss, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. You always uphold company values and quality standards. You also help keep open lines of communication to ensure accurate communication of job or project status and requirements. At the end of the day, you feel accomplished in knowing that you have helped ensure our jobs go off without a hitch

QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years of experience working for a Plumbing and HVAC company At least 2 years of experience using Service Titan software A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Are you passionate about quality control? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you a self-motivated problem solver? Are you adaptable and work well under pressure?
