We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Dispatcher to manage our scheduling and customer service operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers, dispatching plumbing services, and maintaining efficient scheduling processes.

• Manage scheduling and dispatching operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Utilize computer and phone skills to interact with customers and dispatch calls to field personnel
• Proactively plan and schedule jobs to ensure projects and appointments stay on track
• Reschedule appointments and ensure complete customer satisfaction when jobs are completed

• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Prior dispatching experience (preferred)
• Prior experience using Service Titan (preferred)
• Pass a background and drug test
