Job Requirements
Requirement gathering, business process analysis/improvement, requirements management and software testing
Assess “As Is” and “To Be” processes and document gaps
Collect end-user requirements for improving business processes and software via interviews, focus groups and other stakeholder discussions
Job Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as System/Business Analyst conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Customers and requirement gatherings.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing
Minimum 1 years of RDBMS / SQL experience
