Role Name: Pega Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC


JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 6 – 8 Years of experience as a Business Analyst and at least 2 years as Pega Business Architect

• Gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystem software and DCO capabilities, practical knowledge of Pega express methodology (good to have)

• Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translating them to requirements artifacts such as BRD/Functional spec/Use stories

• Help to ensure that the requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to include management of artifacts through traceability, version control and change control

• Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs

• Experience in creating and managing Epics, Features, User stories and prioritize the user stories & Sprint execution Work with Business stake holders.

• Ability to define requirements, organize workshops with business and engage client’s Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to capture business requirements

• Ability to create atomic use case specifications in JIRA/Rally (Tool) and application framework by using Pega application Wizard.

• Experience in defining the user stories, plan and execute sprint activities, facilitate daily Scrum, provide Sprint Review demos to the Product Owners using Agile framework.

• Design and configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development

• Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups

• Understand interface /integration technologies and a good understanding of customers’ needs so they can be translated into requirements

• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences

• Exposure to working on implementing Pega solutions in Banking and Insurance domain will be an added advantage

• End to end project experience

• Pega Certified Business Architect is a must

• Pega Certified Decision Consultant will be a plus. Experience in implementing solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) is a plus

• Strong understanding of Pega methodologies
