What You'll Do:

The Cyber Threat Intelligence team (Threat Management as we call it here) is a central team to the larger Threat Management and Response team by managing our cyber threat intelligence and cyber fraud capabilities. As the Team Leader, you will work with and develop intelligence gathering and curating processes as well as working on continued develop in our cyber fraud space. This role works very closely with its peers in Threat Response, Threat Detection, and Threat Emulation to ensure intelligence support during the course of investigations as well as more proactive planning.

A few key responsibilities you will be involved with include:
  • Ownership of CTI deliverables and stakeholder requirements.
  • Mentoring and development of associates on the Threat Management team.
  • Owning vendor relationships that support the CTI function.
  • Lead development of KPIs, KRIs, and benchmarks through data analytics to measure the effectiveness of the service.
  • Effectively communicate with peers and leadership, including senior leadership, to ensure awareness of progress, challenges.
  • Work closely with peers in growing the cyber fraud support capability of the team.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $113810
Hiring Maximum: $193785

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience directly related to Technology Security Experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (mentoring associates, lead analyst, project leaders, etc.) preferred, including :
    • Experience working in/with cyber threat intelligence teams, cyber fraud organizations, and/or incident response teams.
    • Advanced knowledge across specialty areas to include Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Cloud, Authentication/Identity, and Network.
    • Experience in developing, refining, and maturing processes and procedures.
    • Technical proficiency in handling complex security events, with a deep understanding of the current cybersecurity landscape and threats.

What Could Set You Apart:
  • Any of the following certifications : SANS SEC699, SANS SEC598, SANS LDR553, SANS FOR608, or SANS SEC599.
  • Advanced experience of writing code/scripts in at least one language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go, etc.).

***Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday***
