What You Will Do:The Team Leader, Investment Consultation will lead associates who are responsible for bringing the client's financial plant to life by leading the development of the client's investment plan and ensuring alignment with the client's goals and expectations. The leader is responsible for associate development, guiding the development and creation of client deliverables, advocating for the team, creating standard operating procedures, and representing the team across the enterprise. Some team leaders may have matrix teams they are responsible into or responsible for. Responsibilities include:Lead a team of investment consultations who:Independently and consistently provide the right level of support across the client journey based on the client's needs and unique situation including the creation of tailored investment advice and strategies, portfolio analysis and construction, and implementation.
