Role Summary

Our Partner team is in search of a proactive and seasoned Operations Manager to lead and enhance our team’s performance. We are looking for a dedicated leader who is organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, and skilled in team management. As the Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth and effective daily operations, overseeing team performance, and executing strategies that promote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Client Service Managers
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist leadership with compensation discussions
  • Provide daily oversight, serve as a mentor, and support career development
  • Enhance productivity by standardizing workflows and creating efficient processes
  • Assign tasks to team members to meet deadlines
  • Assess and adjust client workloads as necessary
  • Develop and lead training programs for the team
  • Act as a technology liaison and subject matter expert on systems impacting the team and clients
  • Facilitate communication among Partners, Advisors, and Client Service Managers
  • Represent the team in corporate projects and initiatives when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with firm guidelines
  • Act as a primary resource for interviewing candidates during recruitment initiatives
  • Manage a select number of key client relationships (50% of capacity will be dedicated to client management after initial training)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience (3-5 years preferred) in leadership and management roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
