Ourisman Honda Of Frederick has a rare opening for an experienced service advisor, labor and parts sales commissions up to 10.0% PLUS top performer bonuses on sales, customer satisfaction and tire sales volume. You are paid on labor and parts sales here, not gross profit so the sky is the limit. We are fully staffed with tech's and support staff, WE ARE NOT SHORT ON TECHS

WE OFFER:

  • 5 day work week, set days off allowing for personal flexibility. Every other weekend off.
  • Saturday lunches provided for staff

  • 1 week of PTO after 90 days and 2 weeks after 1 year
  • Fully staffed 26 bay shop, with 19 flat rate and 4 express technicians. WE ARE NOT SHORT ON TECHS

  • Open scheduling for first available advisor allowing for immediate appointments for new advisors

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers promptly
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
  • Above average energy level
  • Clean driving record and background including no DUI or other serious driving infractions
  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Reynolds & xTime systemexperience a plus
