Seeking Experienced Technicians: We are looking for candidates with experience as an Automotive MSI, Master Technician, A Technician, or B Technician.

Incentives: A sign-on bonus is available for these roles. Please inquire with our Service Director for further details.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Collaborate with the shop foreman or service advisor regarding repairs
  • Provide labor estimates and relay additional service requests to the Service Advisor
  • Coordinate work with the shop foreman
  • Track repair time and keep the service advisor updated
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation
  • Assist in training technician trainees
  • Participate in company and factory training, staying current with technical bulletins
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ASE Certifications required
  • Valid Operator Driver's License
  • Maryland State Inspection License (optional)
  • Strong work ethic and dependable skills
