Scope of Work:

  • Generate appointments by making outbound calls to potential clients
  • Utilize warm and cold calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport
  • Identify and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM software
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to optimize lead generation efforts

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Experience in technology sales or software industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in outbound calling and warm + cold calling techniques
  • Experience making cold calls is a huge plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet appointment generation targets

Willing to provide any training needed.
