As the Customer Relations - Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of operations. You are ready to answer the phone, greet clients with a positive tone, and actively listen, making them feel valued and heard. You take pride in keeping the schedule full by reaching out to clients and ensuring their needs are met. By communicating with the service manager and GM, you ensure the dispatch of the right technician for each call. Additionally, you diligently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction, thereby adding value and fostering lasting relationships.
