Job Summary

City Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to oversee the quality of construction and warranty of homes in a specific region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the quality of construction and warranty of homes in a set area
* Ensure 100% completion of homes in each project within specific quality standard guidelines
* Deliver world-class customer service to homeowners, resulting in repeat and referral business

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* College coursework in Construction / Quality Management (preferred)
* Experience working in a customer service environment
* Knowledge of residential construction
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
* Discretionary bonus
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance
* 401(k) with 6% match
* Three weeks (15 business days) paid time off
