Senior ERP Administrator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior ERP Administrator with our client in the manufacturing industry located in Milwaukee, WI. This is full-time, hybrid position.

Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the Business Central platform to meet business needs
Ensure the effective integration of Business Central with other systems and platforms
Monitor platform licensing and perform regular audits
Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Develop and maintain Business Central workflows, forms, and scheduled jobs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Business Central solutions that align with business objectives
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff
Participate in after-hours support for an On-Call rotation
Schedule and work with outside vendors and contractors, assign tasks, and track their time


Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field and/or commensurate on-the-job experience
4+ years of IT work experience supporting and maintaining ERP systems
Strong understanding of Business Central components including Insight Warehouse, E-Ship, EDI, Sales Orders, Finance, item management, and purchasing
Prior project management experience
Experience diagnosing complex problems and developing solutions
Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal skills


Preferred Experience:
Experience in manufacturing or similar industry
