Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a key member of our FP&A function, you will play a crucial part in advancing financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions for the Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and business unit reports.
  • Collaborate with FP&A teammates to provide variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
  • Produce monthly reports that include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably in FP&A at a large multinational manufacturing company.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system, Hyperion, and/or OneStream is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, spending accounts, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) retirement plan with matching employer contributions, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, as well as tuition assistance and paid leaves.
