Job description Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management, enabling them to identify new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and analyze market trends to position the company effectively within the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective customer relationship management. Lead negotiations with potential clients, securing contracts that align with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management from initiation to completion. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing business development initiatives. Manage company website and social media platforms Experience Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a managerial role. Strong understanding of strategic planning and market analysis techniques. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
