We're seeking highly motivated Sales and Product Specialists to join our team at FRIENDSHIP FORD of LENOIR. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and reasoning skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle: Ask the right questions to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations: Showcase new and used vehicles in a professional and engaging manner.
- Overcome objections and facilitate sales: Utilize effective communication skills to address customer concerns and close deals.
- Cultivate relationships: Build a loyal customer base by providing exceptional service and support.
- Provide quality customer service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns after the sale.
- Stay up-to-date on products and market trends: Continuously develop knowledge to provide informed advice to customers.
- Meet sales goals and expectations: Collaborate with managers to set and achieve targets.
- Bring a positive attitude: Contribute to the friendly and supportive culture of Friendship Automotive.

- Clean driving record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving history.

- Aggressive compensation plan: Competitive commission-based income, with guaranteed income ranging from $3,000 to $4,500 per month, based on ability and experience.
