What you will do:


Provide technicalexpertiseand counsel to ensure architectural fit, global consistency, and continuous improvement of IT systems.




Oversee infrastructure areas such as crisis management, PC/desktop support, network (LAN/WAN) communications, data centers, and security.




Manage lifecycle management of IT infrastructure equipment and ensure proactive monitoring to prevent issues.




Collaborate with business teams and IT Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




Implement strategic system initiatives andmaintain/enhance existing systems.




Manage technical resources, vendors, and projects, adhering to project management best practices.

What you will need:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor a related field.




7+ years of relevant technical experience.




Proven leadership or people management experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.




Provenexpertisein technical areas, including systems management, implementation, and process improvement.

Familiarity with work/incident management processes, with hands-on experience in resolving technical issues.




Proficiencyin Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline creation.




Strong programming skills in.Net(C#)(5-10+ years) andSQL(5+ years).




Basic experience withJavaandVisual Basic.
