Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including graphics, videos, reels, and stories across all major platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to foster a community.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and engaging.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad content, targeting, and analyzing performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role in a real estate or related industry.
  • Proficient in video editing software and graphic design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising tools is a plus.
