Our client, luxury jewelry brand, is looking to hire Luxury Maison Concierge to join the team at their New York store location. This is a full-time temp to permanent position and will start as soon as possible. Candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week and have flexibility to work on weekends.


Job Duties Include:

  • Provide elevated customer service & hospitality to clients coming into the boutique
  • Act as the point of contact and deliver luxury experience, brand introduction, and white-glove service to clients
  • Assist with booking appointments and communicate with team members/managers to best support flow of appointments
  • Direct everyone entering the boutique to an appropriate Sales Associate or Manager and support beverage services
  • Manage answering incoming calls, internal team communications, and in-person client inquiries


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Elevated luxury customer service experience from Fashion, Hospitality, High-End Customer Service industries
  • Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift


Pay Rate Range: $25-$28/hour DOE
