Responsibilities: Support the account management and accounts receivable teams in successfully invoicing clients. Revise invoices promptly as needed. Address client inquiries regarding invoice status, payment, and timing. Generate reports to track payment status for clients. Proactively follow up with clients for delinquent invoices. Lead office hours with the AR team to troubleshoot invoice issues. Review Insertion Orders (IOs) to ensure alignment with media plans and forward them to Contracts Support for approval. Update billing information within KPM's platforms when changes occur on invoices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role with project leadership. Accounting background (experience with Salesforce and D365 is a plus). Proficiency in Excel. Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
