Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
• Pay: $30 per hour

What’s a typical day as an EHS Specialist? You’ll be:
• Serving as the EHS point of contact on second shift
• Multi-tasking on different EHS programs and initiatives
• Working closely with technicians on the floor to problem solve and eliminate risks
• Providing relevant EHS technical expertise and training
• Overseeing and ensuring the implementation and execution of EHS standards
• Making regulatory determinations for emergent issues and staying up-to-date with EHS regulations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a technical equivalent
• Have at least two years of EHS experience or a minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Are proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, or comparable software packages
• Have strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Have additional training/experience in RCRA, HazWoper, Stormwater, Tier II (preferred)
