Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Support and Reception Associate to join our team in our Corporate office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be a critical part of the team that represents our brand and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues promptly
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
- Process and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Greet and welcome visitors and customers
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Communicate with facilities department to maintain our corporate office to ensure a clean and organized office as well as kitchen areas
- Maintain inventory of office/kitchen/building supplies. Reconcile monthly expenses for the department
- Coordinate mail distribution and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize meetings, schedule facility tours, room setup, and order lunches
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education/certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a customer service representative, receptionist, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Our business hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We have a casual (yes, that means jeans and t-shirts are welcome) dress environment.Top of Form
