Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate with a strong background in technology strategy, IT project management, and business process analysis. The ideal candidate will have: Broad experience in technology consulting, including IT Due Diligence, project management, and advisory in the private equity space. Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation. Experience with manufacturing and distribution clients and data analytics is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) are considered an advantage. Hybrid or remote work arrangement with 25–50% travel required. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand business objectives and technology challenges. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable technology strategies. Develop and deliver technology roadmaps and implementation plans. Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Analyze business processes to identify improvement and digital transformation opportunities. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with client needs. Communicate with clients, team members, and senior management, preparing reports and proposals. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development. Service Offerings Example Our tech advisory team supports clients across a range of services, including: IT Due Diligence: Evaluation of IT spend, structure, applications, security, and infrastructure. IT Strategy Roadmaps: Multi‑year strategy planning and phased implementation. IT System Selection: Vendor research, provider assessment, and consensus building. IT Project Management Office: Structured project execution and stakeholder coordination. IT Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integrations: Integration of IT aspects during M&A transactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. At least five (5) years of technology consulting experience, including private equity servicing. Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven project management track record. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Hybrid or remote work setup and willingness to travel 25–50%. Compensation $111,600.00–$215,300.00 per year, based on skills, experience, and other factors. Note that the discount for geographic differential has not been applied.
