**What youll be doing **
* Youll take inbound calls from prospective and existing customers who are interested in receiving a quote from us
* Using your in-depth product knowledge, customer focus and selling savvy, you will help our customers make smart buying decisions to get the auto and/or home insurance that meets their needs
* Well rely on you to use your analytical skills to evaluate risk and make sure that were bringing on the highest quality business too
**About you **
* The sales professional were looking for has it all proven sales success, integrity, a desire to help others and a strong passion to exceed goals and achieve at a high level.
* If you have experience in a call center environment, that would be ideal
* You also have strong computer skills and can multitask easily
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $22.96 - $29.04 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. A monthly pay for performance bonus is available that includes policies, premium, retention and quality that can range from $0-$2,000 per month. The company also offers a full range of medical, financial and other benefits, including paid time off such as holidays, vacation, sick and personal days.
**The department is open Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 8:00pm; Friday: 7:00am - 7:00pm; Saturday: 8:00am - 4:30 pm. Availability during these hours is necessary.**
