Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintains complete knowledge of the castle plan and customer rental agreement.* Maintains current knowledge of the accounts status of all rental customers.* Develops and trains customers diligently to achieve on time payment habits.* Explains the rental agreement to the customer in some cases Delivers, installs, and picks-up products to and from the customer's home as needed in a safe and damage free manner.* Retrieves products from the homes of customers who choose not to renew the rental agreement.* Documents and receives customers payment successfully in the field and store.* Performs preventative maintenance on delivery vehicles to ensure top safe operating condition.* Operates the delivery vehicle safely, following all laws, regulations, and company procedures.* Cleans returned products.* Assists the store manager in controlling inventory.* Assists in receiving product into the store by following the proper inventory receiving and transfer procedures.* Maintains records and documentation.* Performs other related duties as needed.
