Bayada Home Health Care is actively seeking a motivated New Jersey Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to instruct Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) courses and to instruct CNA to CHHA bridge courses. The instructor will teach our students remotely. Instructor must be located in the state of New Jersey and can commit 20-25 hours per week from 5:30p-9:30p.

Clinical Educators at BAYADA assist field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You'll be accountable for evaluating and developing field staff. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm, organized and welcoming office grounded in customer service, you'll set the tone for your team's success.

Qualifications include:

  • Current New Jersey RN license in good standing for a minimum of 2 years
  • BSN/MSN preferred
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Solid communication and PC skills (bilingual in Spanish and English a plus)
  • Must have at least one year of community health, public health or home care experience.
  • Must have at least six months' experience supervising homemaker-home health aides.
  • Experience facilitating training and educational sessions/classes and serve as a mentor
  • Able to continuously improve and adapt curriculum depending on educational needs
