Part-Time Bookkeeper

This part-time role will will be a minimum of 25 - 29 hours of in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee financial records and transactions
Use of QuickBooks for reconciliations
Track vendor invoices
Record daily cash activities
Review and post credit card transactions
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP and non-profit accounting standards
Manage budgets and grant reporting
Assist with all month-end reporting tasks
Assist with audits and tax filings
Collaborate with program managers to monitor financial performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Experience in non-profit accounting
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Proficiency in QuickBooks
