  • Performs and/or oversee more than one of these following functions: Welding, Pipe fitting, Mechanic, Electrical, and preventative maintenance planning, purchasing, and spare parts/Critical parts inventory management
  • Maintains facility equipment through Preventive Maintenance management systems. Assures proper preventative maintenance of all plant equipment
  • Responsible for all personnel related functions for maintenance employees, including, but not limited to, hiring, firing, and performance appraisals
  • Oversee maintenance equipment and systems, and participates in procurement of equipment and supplies.
  • Assures all contractor agreement forms and safety training is complete for outside contractors
  • Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety
  • Standard Operating Procedures, holds employees accountable
  • Ensures, understands and has ownership for area specific required compliance standards
  • Reviews all applicable SOP’s and satisfactorily completes quizzes
  • Determines time frames and allocation of resources for projects and follows up to ensure production goals are met, and schedules all work
  • Supervises administrative aspects of supply management(PO’s, invoice reconciliation, record keeping, etc.)
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment
  • Understands and drives Clean Compliance Standard
  • Ensure operations process flow

What does it take work at Noble, a Clean Harbors Company?

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years experience maintenance repair in an industrial/plant environment preferred
  • Ability to performs and/or oversee more than one of these following functions: Welding, Pipe fitting, maintenance, electrical, and preventative maintenance planning, purchasing, and spare parts/critical parts inventory management
  • Working in a production environment a plus
  • Must have ability to be on call
  • Ability to work night, weekends, and holidays if equipment goes down
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and stand for long periods of time
