Position Responsibilities

  • Direct and develop a team of Financial Analysts, reviewing their work to provide feedback and training.

  • Coordinate the semi-annual budget process and present the final product to management.

  • Collaborate across departments to develop partnerships and provide financial guidance across the company.

  • Manage, create and present financial reports for our CFO and senior management.

  • Generate ideas for strategic business performance analyses to recommend process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or an MBA.

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Credit, Business Operations Analysis, etc.

  • Supervisory experience a plus.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Travel to Uline’s North American locations as needed
