Responsibilities:

  1. Event Scheduling: Coordinate event schedules, appointments, and meetings for clients and team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

  2. Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for scheduling inquiries, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members.

  3. Calendar Management: Update and maintain accurate calendars, including scheduling reminders, follow-ups, and adjustments as needed.

  4. Logistical Support: Assist with logistical arrangements such as venue bookings, travel coordination, and vendor communication to facilitate smooth event operations.

  5. Documentation: Prepare and organize event documentation, including contracts, agreements, and itineraries, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and easily accessible.

  6. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical issues to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless event execution.

  7. Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing scheduling inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the event planning process.

  8. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate schedules, share updates, and ensure alignment on event details and requirements.

  9. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management to support the overall success of event planning operations.
