Job Position: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL 60609

Pay Rate: $20.00-21.00/hr

Shift: M-F , 20 hours per week

Title: Administrative Coordinator

Duties include but are not limited to general office management, front desk support,

mailroom operation, data entry, file management, calendar management, etc.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Prepare/Modify documents, drafting communications, answering phone calls.
  • Perform administrative/accounting, with knowledge of Excel, navigating systems/programs, and understanding of office/project workflow, etc.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Uses internet search tools to locate employer information.
  • Compiles and maintains daily statistics on employer errors, telephone calls and fax reports made to correct the errors, call volume and data entry statistics.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • Ability to work under strict production timeframes
  • Ability to work effectively with other staff.
  • Ability to work in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Great typing skills - 40 WPM
  • Experience working in a clerical role, data entry, office assistance.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Professional business to business contact.
