Position: Resident Advisor

Job Summary: Supporting individuals in recovery with day-to-day tasks and collaborating with various departments to promote a supportive and effective recovery environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Provide support and guidance to individuals in recovery residing in the housing program
* Monitor resident progress and ensure adherence to program expectations
* Completes billing and documentation accurately in a timely manner in accordance with agency expectations
* Evaluate daily living functioning and assist residents in creating goals to maintain sobriety
* Attending Ohio Recovery Housing training and conferences as scheduled and complete ORH surveys
* Participation in community activities best represents the professional image of Lighthouse
* Keep well documented notes and communicate daily shift notes with housing supervisor
* The Resident Advisor will serve as a role model, act as a mentor, advocate and motivator

Required Experience/Certifications:

* Minimum high school diploma/ E.D
* Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems
* Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance
* Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug
* Must be willing to obtain your CMS certification upon hire (must be eligible to bill Medicaid)
* Familiarity with computers and technology/ computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
* Must be 25 years or older

3rd shift 12am - 8am (hours and subject to change based on the business need)
