Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Terrace Glen Village. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, while effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements.
  • Conduct daily rounds to assess residents' condition and comfort, and implement interventions as needed.
  • Ensure resident safety by following safety policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the Physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assess and evaluate resident changes in condition, and implement appropriate interventions.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • 1-2 years of previous nursing experience in Long Term Care and/or a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Current CPR certification.
