Resident Advisor

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Advisor to support individuals in recovery residing in our housing program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting a supportive and effective recovery environment.

• Provide guidance and support to residents in achieving their recovery goals
• Monitor resident progress and ensure adherence to program expectations
• Accurately complete billing and documentation in a timely manner
• Evaluate daily living functioning and assist residents in creating goals to maintain sobriety
• Participate in community activities and represent the professional image of Lighthouse
• Keep well-documented notes and communicate daily shift notes with the housing supervisor

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems
• Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance
• Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug test
• Must be willing to obtain CMS certification upon hire (must be eligible to bill Medicaid)
• Familiarity with computers and technology, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Must be 25 years or older

3rd shift: 12am - 8am (hours and subject to change based on business need)
