Skills and experience you will bring to us:

* Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always acknowledges guests.
* Makes cocktails according to TSRC and/or guest specifications. Offers drink suggestions/recommendations to guests when appropriate.
* Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis. Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift, and leaves area clean before going on break and prior to shift end.
* Accurately identifies signs of intoxication and stops service to guest in an appropriate manner.
* Creates a positive experience during the guests bar visit to ensure repeat business.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

* Previous alcohol beverage service preferred. Knowledge of liquor service standards, compliance laws, and responsible service techniques a plus.
* Must be able to complete alcohol service training.
