Job overview

We are seeking a dynamic Overnight House Person to join our team The primary job functions are making deliveries to guest rooms for guest-requested items such as amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding; cleaning and maintaining public areas, guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring and work areas; completing any special projects as directed by housekeeping managers. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

* Maintain the cleanliness of the guest rooms and hallways, as well as the lobby and other workspaces
* Deliver requested amenities such as rollaway beds, cribs, blankets, etc. to guest rooms
* Check all allocated floors at the start of each shift and during the day to collect garbage, in-room dining trays, and other items as directed by management
* Ensure the highest level of customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to visitors' requests
* Restock linen supply on each floor by transporting clean linen to the housekeeping storage facilities
* Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues
* Take up any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed
* Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with the Hotels Dress Code Policy.
