**Position Purpose:**

**Our Hospital Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator will be performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties specific to the needs of Nursing Managers.**

**What you will do:**

**Develops and posts schedules while assisting with the staffing of the Nursing Department.**

**Maintains accurate timekeeping records and assists with payroll responsibilities in Kronos.**

**Ensures accurate licensure information for temporary staff (travelers and pool RN's) in all assigned departments.**

**Minimum Qualifications** **:**

**Must have a High School Diploma.**

**Must have** **clerical/administrative** **experience. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.**

**Must have hospital scheduling or equivalent experience.**

**Must be computer literate. Word processing experience is preferred.**
